As a fourth-generation Clearwater resident with more than two decades of experience in healthcare, I created Olive & Honey MedSpa to offer a more intentional, preventative approach to wellness and aesthetics — one grounded in science, safety, and thoughtful care.
My earliest healthcare experience began in oral surgery, where I assisted with procedures involving head, neck, and facial anatomy. That early exposure gave me a deep respect for anatomical precision, surgical technique, facial balancing and aesthetics and the importance of understanding facial structure. I later built on that foundation through years in nursing patients through open-heart recovery, critical care nursing, and healthcare executive leadership, including the demands of leading through COVID.
To bring this vision to life, I partnered locally with Moriah Moffitt, MD, a Tampa-based board-certified plastic surgeon, whose surgical and aesthetic expertise supports Olive & Honey’s commitment to clinically guided, natural-looking results.
Over time, I became increasingly drawn to a more restorative model of care — one where clients feel heard, supported, and cared for before reaching a point of health crisis. I wanted to create a space where beauty, wellness, and prevention are approached with clinical judgment, discretion, and purpose.
Inspired by the natural healing properties of olive and honey — representing protection, restoration, and balance — Olive & Honey reflects a philosophy where clinical precision meets intentional wellness.

Moriah Moffitt, MD

Moriah Moffitt, MD, brings a thoughtful, highly trained, and deeply human approach to plastic and reconstructive surgery. A native of the Midwest, Dr. Moffitt completed her undergraduate studies at Miami University, where she graduated cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa. She then earned her medical degree from The Ohio State University College of Medicine, graduating magna cum laude and earning election into the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society. She was also awarded the Zollinger Prize in Surgery for her outstanding performance in surgery.
Dr. Moffitt went on to complete her residency in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at the University of South Florida. During her training, she received the Outstanding Intern Award, a reflection of the dedication, discipline, and compassion that continue to define her work today.
Following residency, Dr. Moffitt opened her private practice in South Tampa, where she specializes in cosmetic plastic surgery. She is known for her careful eye, approachable manner, and commitment to helping patients look refreshed, natural, and still very much like themselves.
In addition to her private practice, Dr. Moffitt is listed as adjunct faculty with USF Plastic Surgery at Bay Pines VA, where plastic and reconstructive surgical care supports the health and restoration of veterans. Her connection to this work reflects a broader commitment to service, healing, and surgical excellence.

Dr. Moffitt performs a wide range of procedures, including breast augmentation, breast lift, abdominoplasty, eyelid surgery, liposuction, and mommy makeovers. As a mother of four, she brings not only surgical expertise, but also personal understanding of the changes that can come with pregnancy, motherhood, and aging.
She also offers less invasive aesthetic treatments, including BOTOX® and dermal fillers, to soften facial animation lines, restore balance, enhance contour, and support natural-looking rejuvenation.
Dr. Moffitt is board-certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and is a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons.
